Warranty up to 10 years

I'm a Baxi installer and having fitted and serviced their products for over two decades, I know each of their boilers inside out. Any Baxi conventional, combi or system boiler that I install will come with a three, five, seven or 10 year parts and labour warranty as standard.

Landlord gas safety certificate

A landlord gas safety certificate (CP12) is required by law and a check must be carried out every 12 months if you own a rental property where gas appliances are present. As a Gas Safe engineer I am qualified to check gas appliances, fittings and flues.
